Eric Felton is a U.S. Army veteran and an IT professional with a strong background in leadership, training, and computer systems. He has hands-on experience in hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting across various operating system platforms. His ability to quickly learn new technologies, combined with his exceptional customer service skills, enables him to create and maintain new procedures efficiently.

Eric currently serves as a Desktop Support Analyst, providing desk-side, remote, and phone support to executives, managers, and employees. He is responsible for troubleshooting network problems, setting up corporate issued mobile devices, and performing preventative maintenance on a range of equipment. Additionally, he manages the issuance and imaging of Windows and Apple laptops and desktops to adhere to company standards.

Eric’s career also includes experience as a Help Desk Analyst, where he provided first-level technical support and managed client Active Directory, Exchange Admin Center, and Azure Environments. His military service as a Pharmacy Technician Manager and Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System Specialist equipped him with valuable skills in technical documentation and attention to detail. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston-Downtown and several IT certifications, including CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Technology Associate: Networking Fundamentals.
